The purpose of this study was to compare the management strategy between PT. Pindo Deli Pulp & Paper Mills and PT. Graha Kerindo Utama (GKU). The research method used is a case study with SWOT analysis. The results of this study there are 4 (four) studies. First, how to apply the Company's Human Resources. Second, how is the company's financial condition. Third, how to produce the Company's products. Fourth, how to market a product and the constraints faced by the Company
